The discovery phase is when we learn about the business problems at hand and what the intended outcome is. This phase helps to create a sense of scope for the project as well as underlying issues that may have not been thought about yet, such as technical constraints and undiscovered pain points. The information gathered during this phase helps to align both parties and allows us to begin researching to find the best solution.
Once we have gathered information we begin research. Each problem and business demands its own research method. Customer research, competitor research, user interviews and surveys, are just a few of the methods we use. You can be assured we have gathered enough vital information to ensure the solution will produce results. With the research in hand we begin the wireframe process. Wireframes provide a skeleton for the solution. They are meant to be rough and fast. Wireframes lay the groundwork for the flow and functionality. It allows us to iterate and share quickly for feedback.
At this stage we have the functionality and user flows already hashed out. This phase is when the product comes to life. From web to mobile, we design interfaces that are exceptional and accessible.
